Due to the use of 28 sol months, the Darian calendar has no mechanism for synchronization with Earth dates or with synodic periods.

Would anyone expect any calendar, whether or not for different planets, to have an inherent "mechanism for synchronization" to another? What does that even mean? Does it belong in the lead? —Antonissimo (talk) 01:06, 24 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
